As someone sad, this problem was discussed few time ago, in other tread Otherwise, I have got the same problem, my sendmail work fine, but something where wrong with bacula. Try disabling 'mailcommand' and 'operatorcommand' of your messages. In this way you can check if the problem is there. If the jobs function, reable them and sent to you 'all' the messages, run a job and kill him, in thi way you force the system to immediatelly sent and e-mail allert!
If you receive the mail, the problem isn't here :-), otherwise change the config and restart the server For me this work: mailcommand = "bsmtp -h mail.sic-srl.it -f \"\(BACULA\) bac...@bacula.it\" -s \"%t %e of %c %l\" %r" operatorcommand = "bsmtp -h mail.sic-srl.it -f \"\(BACULA\) bac...@bacula.it\" -s \"%t %e of %c %l\" %r" P.S. There's no problem using multiple 'mail' CIAO, Carlo 2010/1/20 Daniel <bac...@studiodccreative.com>: > Sendmail for outgoing mail on the server is running just fine and tested at > the commandline. Interesting that you mention this, though.
