You should look at using tunnels instead to accomplish the same thing. The Wiki has several alternative suggestions for how to do it. pierre1106 wrote: > Hello, > > i've got a problem with some of my backup. > > I've got several remote servers that i need to backup which are behind remote > connection behind a router/firewall. > > When i launch one backup on these server, every thing goes well but, if i > tried to launch another backup on the same server as the first one is still > running, the second one cannot work and i've got errors like thoses ones : > > 13-oct 03:00 baculaos-dir JobId 2043: Start Backup JobId 2043, > Job=Bck_Stars4-livraison-sauv.2009-10-13_03.00.00.26 > 13-oct 03:00 baculaos-dir JobId 2043: Using Device > "Stars4-livraison-sauv_store" > 13-oct 03:30 baculaos-dir JobId 2043: Fatal error: Socket error on backup > command: ERR=Connection reset by peer > > 12-oct 23:00 baculaos-dir JobId 30: Start Backup JobId 30, > Job=Bck_Arche_Savcegid.2009-10-12_23.00.01.17 > 12-oct 23:00 baculaos-dir JobId 30: Using Device "Arche_Savcegid_store" > 12-oct 22:59 bckarche-fd JobId 30: DIR and FD clocks differ by -85 seconds, > FD automatically compensating. > 13-oct 01:11 baculaos-dir JobId 30: Fatal error: Network error with FD during > Backup: ERR=Connection closed timeout > > So, could this be a problem with some configuration either on the client or > the bacula server or is this a problem with the router/firewall ? > > Thanks. > -- Kevin Keane Owner The NetTech Find the Uncommon: Expert Solutions for a Network You Never Have to Think About Office: 866-642-7116 http://www.4nettech.com This e-mail and attachments, if any, may contain confidential and/or proprietary information.
