Hello Jean-Sebastien,

on monday morning I got a no disk space problem, because the daily dump of
the Bacula database appended in one file on the root-partition. After
nearly over one month the file had a size of nearly 22GB. I removed the
file so that I got my free space back. I changed the configuration for the
dump job, so that it will now overwrite the file and not append at the end
of the file other dumps. Now the "df -h"- command gets me this
informations:

bocsles:~ # df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/mapper/system-system
                       33G 14G 20G 41% /
udev 3.0G 180K 3.0G 1% /dev
/dev/mapper/home-home
                       33G 7.7G 26G 24% /home
/dev/mapper/opt-opt 50G 33G 18G 66% /opt
bocsles:~ #

I'm not really sure, why I got the same errror message today after I
freed the diskspace yesterday.

Re: [Bacula-users] Bacula abort Backup with a SQL-Error

Can you make a "df -h" . This seems to be a no disk space left problem.

The first time I got this error was, when I didn't notice, that my
root-disk had no space left. After I deletet the file, that was the reason
for the problem. I thought that the problem was solved, but I got the same
error this night again.

I'm running Bacula 2.4.4 with SQLIGHT 3 on a SLES 10 SP2. I saw that there
was some patches relesed on 4 April for 2.4.4 but I didn't installed them
yet.

I hope you can help me.

Kind regards

Wolf-Elmar Rath
