Look for the "Max Start Delay" directive in the Job
resource<http://www.bacula.org/en/rel-manual/Configuring_Director.html#JobResource>of
the director configuration manual.
This will set the max time allowed between the scheduled time and start time
of the job.

On a sidenote, the new 3.0 version (not yet released) will give more control
over missed jobs.
See Duplicate Job
Control<http://www.bacula.org/manuals/en/concepts/concepts/New_Features.html#SECTION00570000000000000000>
.

Good luck,
Maarten Hoogveld
