The only way anyone here will be able to help you is if you provide the relevant information. Start with which OS and version? which hardware device are you using? which version of Bacula? The hardware device setup, the relevant Bacula configuration, the related Bacula messages, if you ran the btape tests and what they resulted in, and probably related system log output. Of course, simply disabling the write protection of the tape you want to use might also help...
