My first answer was just from a scheduling point of view. I think
there is a way. Issue the run command from bconsole then when it asks:

OK to run? (yes/mod/no):

type mod

and then change the storage. Hopefully there are two choices there.

Otherwise you can change the storage directive and type reload in
bconsole and then run your job. I would use two jobs instead.
