Hi.

My bacula setup doesn't seem to use the full capacities of network/disk
systems.

NFS mounting from a "client" to the Bacula server and dd'ing a file over
the network gives:

dd if=/path/to/nfsmount/file of=/tmp/testfile
450566+1 records in
450566+1 records out
230689842 bytes (231 MB) copied, 7.64165 seconds, 30.2 MB/s

/tmp is on the same filesystem as the bacula-spool so the transfer is
from and to the same physical disks (just over NFS not bacula).

Backing up the same fileset (single large 200+MB files) over bacula gives:
Bytes/sec=12,245,112

What can I do to make the filetransfers in Bacula perform better?
