Run after job- script includes commands that email the bootstrap file to me. Since my mail server is running on a separate hardware from the catalog database, a single crash would not destroy both the catalog and the emailed bootstrap file needed to restore the catalog.
"Easier" way to do this might be simply writing the bootstrap to a mounted filesystem on another machine.
