From the User Manual for the MSL6000 series, but should be also for 
MSL5000 series.....

100F SCSI Un-terminated Resets (SCSI Continuous Resets Detected)
• Verify that the library SCSI bus is properly terminated.
• Update the Map using the LCD touch display. (Menu -> Maintenance -> 
Force reconfiguration)

Likely, the SCSI bus is not terminated properly or you have a defective 
SCSI cable or terminator.
