different pools would be extremely undesirable for me. i currently have 
the following pools:
1: Weekly
2: Scratch
3: Migrate
4: Archive
5: Monthly
6: Daily
7: Clone

the aforementioned pools are very well organized, and i would rather 
leave them be.

i am willing to put the two jobs i want to run concurrently on different 
tape drives, but *not* different pools. will just the different tape 
drives help?

btw, concurrent jobs seems to be working with the same host, but not 
dissimilar hosts. that may help in debugging
