I get following errors, as i try to backup some of my servers:

I get such error bot on some windows and on linux-machines.
Behaviour:
---------------
All connections between the backupserver and the problematic hosts are routed,
not NATted.
ping goes without any problems through. scp/rsync also and checksums of files
are correct.
And the most curious - it happens NOT EVERY TIME! Approx every 4th/5th
connection succeeds and every
approx. 7th backup-retry works!
AND the problematic hosts are located in the other subnet,
Connection scheme is
BACKUPSERVER_LAN->Gateway->VPN-Gateway->Fibre-optic->VPN-Gateway->Gateway->LAN_WITH_PROBLEMATIC_HOSTS.
What can it be?
