Something really weird is happening here. Look at the following lines:

Making MySQL tables

ERROR 1050 (42S01) at line 8: Table 'Filename' already exists

and then this error message:

15-Dec 12:12 bacula-dir:  Fatal error: sqlite.c:154 Database
/var/bacula/working/bacula.db does not exist, please create it.

For some reason your bacula scripts are creating a MySQL database but
bacula is trying to access a sqlite database. How did you install
bacula?
