Most likely, in my opinion, is that the volume parameters for Inc-0003
are not set according to your pool defaults (which look ok, btw).

This easily happens when you have volumes left from your setup and
experimenting stage as the volume parameters are not automatically
updated to reflect the current pool defaults.

The pool settings are used as a template when creating new volumes.
Using the update command, you can change them afterwards.

In your case, check the actual volume parameters using 'llist
volume=Inc-0003' in bconsole, and, if they are different to your
expected settings, update them using the 'update volume=Inc-0003' command.

Hope this helps,

Arno
