All,
I have a job which has failed the last few nights with the following
errors:

I can see that at first, bacula appears to have lost its connection to the
MySQL server. I have been investigating this. What I'm not positive about is
the "duplicate entry" error and whether or not the rest of these errors are
the result of the "lost connection" with MySQL.
Any advice is much appreciated,
