On feisty fawn there is, at least the make_mysql_tables script: http://packages.ubuntu.com/cgi-bin/search_contents.pl?searchmode=filelist&word=bacula-director-mysql&version=feisty&arch=i386 Just drop the tables manually, then use make_mysql_tables to recreate them.
