Upgrading to a newer version, 2.2.x, would be advisable. Even if this
problem is not fixed, at least one serious bug is corrected in there.

The problem *might* be related to your MySQL database.
You should at least report how you built or installed Bacula. For
example, if you built Bacula with one version of MySQL, and later
upgraded to a newer MySQL version, problems can happen.
