I have been a bacula user for 4+ years and I have been a member of this list for probably two of them. I originally joined because I needed help with a problem but at this point most of my activity on this list is to help others if I can. I do this because I want to support bacula. One reason for this is in my experience bacula is so much better (more flexable, no extortion licence, significantly better free support, and it actually works better) than the vertias backup executive that I was using in the past (and still have licenses for).
