Hi Arno,

I did "bls" on the tape/Volume 626AAL that was put into ERROR by bacula and
got the following at the very end of the message output.

bls JobId 0: drwxr-xr-x 3 uptime root 4096 2007-10-31 09:09:09
/var/lib/database/datastore.fborc010/
bls JobId 0: drwxr-xr-x 6 mysql mysql 4096 2007-11-01 09:38:03
/var/lib/database/
07-Nov 17:16 bls JobId 0: Error: block.c:995 Read error on fd=3 at file:blk
15:0 on device "LTO4_1" (/dev/IBMtape0). ERR=Input/output error.
07-Nov 17:16 bls JobId 0: End of Volume at file 15 on device "LTO4_1"
(/dev/IBMtape0), Volume "626AAL"
07-Nov 17:16 bls JobId 0: End of all volumes.
175950 files found.

I decided to delete the volume. Later on will erase it completely and try
using it again. If the problem persists I'll just junk the tape.

Again, thanks for your help.

Win
