I get these when I am doing a sudo ./bacula stop - v2.2.5 

I suspected it may just be some debug information but I was worried that
it maybe data that hadn't been flushed to the SD.

That's a report of allocated and not (yet) freed memory blocks.

The key question is: When do you get these lines?

At program shutdown, there's not much to worry about them as they all
show small chunks of memory.

You forgot another quite important piece of information: The version of
Bacula you're running.
