Luiz:

Restore jobs defined in bacula-dir.conf are normally used a templates
which manually-created jobs at the bconsole(8) command line use to
inherit sane defaults.

Try logging into bconsole and type "Restore" and follow the
instructions.  I'm a big fan of #5.
