That's mtx's / the changers internal numbering. Often, the tape 
positions are numbered differently than the slots; quite often you'll 
find devices that first have the tape drive as positions 0 and 
upwards, and then the cartridge slots follow.

I suspect that your autochanger has the tape drives as 0 and 1, the 
fisrt slot as 2, and so on.

It might be that using the other slot numbering scheme - there is one 
starting at zero available, and one starting with 1. The slot numbers 
are expressed as %s and %S in the Changer Command option, respectively.
