Version 2.2.2 built from sources on a Sun T2000,
with "./configure --with-mysql=/iserver/mysql"
Mysql is running on a Sun v40 / Windows 2003 , LAN 1Gb.
The mysql client library I compiled against on the T2000 are the thread safe
ones.
And during build it said that batch inserts were enabled.
How do I know if bacula is actually using batch inserts?
Thx again.
Gabriele.

I know there is a slow down in rate for Incrementals because the
filesystem takes a long time to find the changed files but for fulls
you should not see this at all and the second should be faster because
some of the data should be cached the second time. Are you backing up
many thousands of files? What bacula version are you using?
