The best method is to adjust the destination defined in the messages {}
section of the bacula-dir.conf to point to an address that expands into
multiple recipients. E.g., let bacula handle backups, let
sendmail/postfix handle mail.
Look at the syntax of /etc/mail/aliases and read the man page for
newaliases(8).
