Also note that, if all the other tapes run full and the remaining tape is marked as usable, Bacula will request it, no matter whether it is in the autochanger or not. To prevent that, mark the tape as used and/or ensure that there's always a usable tape in the autochanger (ie recycle them more frequently if required...).
