That table should be created as necessary, as it's only a temporary table.

I'd rather suggest to disable it first and try again; the build seems 
to be a bit problematic there...

No, by the batch insert feature.

By the way - in the thread "Funny problem..." on the -devel list, 
there was a suggested patch which you might want to try.

Also, if you want the underlying problem fixed, I suggest you collect 
the necessary information and have a look at bugs.bacula.org. I'm not 
sure this problem is reported there, but you could start that bug 
report...
