I believe so. It said that Bacula wrote 1.47TB to your 400GB tape.

You must have a lot of highly compressible data (text) and very few
compressed files in your fileset.

The 2:1 number is just a guess and for me it is for the most part too
high as I mostly get 1.5:1.
