I think I understand the data encryption (not TLS) concepts of Bacula:
the file daemons do all the encryption/decryption.  This is great where
clients (fd) and servers (dir/sd) may not have the same level of mutual
trust.

In my office, I administer all the clients, so I can install all the
certificates, but this is kind of a hassle since they're all going to be
the same.  Is there any way to centrally manage the encryption in
Bacula, either at the director or storage daemon levels, and still use
Bacula's native tape access features?
