Probably not, because of it were you'd already know it :-) I suppose it's because noone immediately knows the correct answer and the ones able to find out are too busy to do now. If this is a serious concern for you, and you experienced real difficulties, collect all relevant information, proof of Bacula failing to do things correctly, and file a bug report bugs.bacula.org. That would get the developers attention at least...
