You should upgrade to 2.2.4, and the DIR and SD should be the same
version. For the FDs, that's not that important, but of course you
can't use newer features than what your FD knows.

I suppose that could be due to a version mismatch between SD and DIR.
If that doesn't fix it, at least that would be a basis for further
investigation.
