I don't think the current text sounds alarming in any way, but as I'm 
not a native speaker my impression might differ from that of most users...

That message exists since long before the fileset verification 
options. There's a time window between the FD reading the directory 
contents and actually reading the file for backup. If, during this 
time, a file is deleted or renamed, you will get this message. This is 
obvious when you back up, for example, mail storage - todays number of 
spam plus spam filtering in mail clients ensure that there are files 
deleted quite often...
