That's something *you* have to find out... typically, though, I would 
expect the DIR could not start that job because the SD was blocked by 
another long-running job.

Yes.

We can't tell you... normally, you should have lots of mails with 
reasons why the job could not be run - need of media being the most 
common one.

The job messages would not include a traceback, that's sent separately.

The core file, if one was created, is found in the working directory 
of the SD.

'setdebug sd=<name> level=200 trace=1' from the console, or start the 
SD with the corresponding options, like /.../bacula-sd -c 
/etc/bacula/bacula-sd.conf -d 200 >> /var/log/bacula-sd.debug. Of 
course you'll want to do this with all the other options you always use...
