Yes. Specifically your Client part of the bacula-dir.conf file for
clientdesktop-fd should have the line
Password="2XqxDu0dhh2RQXFxmqyPGfpuN49vcPr9rU9GmMuBd6kh"

If this is so then make sure the bacula-fd is actually running on the
client. That is the second reason to get this error.
