Volumes take their defaults from the pool when they're created, subsequent changes to the pool settings need to be manually 'copied' to the volumes. On Bacula 2.0.3 you'll need to run 'update volume' then select either option 12 or 13 to copy the pool settings across. If you've already done this step, try checking the volume settings using 'llist media' and confirm they match what you expect to see. Post the output here if you have any doubts.
