I think that have a barcode reader, look at this output:
# mtx -f /dev/sg13 status
...
      Storage Element 3:Full :VolumeTag=455KKKL3
      Storage Element 4:Empty
      Storage Element 5:Full :VolumeTag=458KKKL3
      Storage Element 6:Full :VolumeTag=459KKKL3
...


Firstly, i have the autoloader & automount options activated. The error 
I have is that (i supouse) the cartridge that bacula don't label before 
run a backup
