Although it may be possible for you to query the list of jobs to be run then try to figure out what tape would be needed.
For me I have never thought of this because I really do not need this feature. I have a 24 tape LTO2 library which always has a few tapes in the Scratch pool and for my single drives I use a single pool with no time restrictions on volume usage so about 1 time every 2 weeks I need to switch tapes in the morning.
