I've wondered about this behaviour before but never gotten around to testing it. My main concern was whether it would realise it hadn't backed up a particular directory/files before or not. Take this example: * Directory 'dir1' is created on Monday and some files are placed in it. * Monday night's incremental runs, but doesn't backup anything as this directory hasn't been added to the fileset yet. * On Tuesday, more files are added to the directory, and then 'dir1' is added to the fileset (Which has Ignore Fileset changes set to 'No') Will Tuesday nights incremental backup job capture all the files in dir1, or just the ones modified since the previous backup (ie only the files added on Tuesday?) I personally suspect it'll be the later but would be interested in confirmation one way or the other.
