Hello Kern and List, I just downloaded and installed 2.1.18 on a windows xp box. The backup went fine, i backed up a single directory, then on the client i renamed it i guess simulating i lost it. So, i went to restore. I got the toplevel directory back, and one subdirectory, it had three, and 9 files, there were 337 total. The files that were backed up/restored were fine, i get an error and then it stops, it seems to hit the error and not verify signature or restore anything else. I get the email stating the bacula restore failed, if i go back to the server go bconsole and try a status of the xp client 2.1.18 i notice it hangs, it won't return a status. The icon in the systray indicates the client is still running however. If i can provide any additional information, deugging, let me know. Thanks. Dave.
