You can use the bacula-fd on the windows client and setup the bufallo external storage as an NFS mount on your bacula-DIR/bacuala-SD system.
You cannot bacula-sd directly to the Buffalo NAS, unless you hack it, which may not be a bad idea if its running Linux. Best to just tear the drive out of it and mount it locally.
