In the dir conf, changing the Media Type to LTO-3 and changing to
Device = DellTL4000 fixed things.  I ahve another problem with slot
#'s now (it thinks the slots start at 0, but they start with 1), but
at least it's trying to do the right thing.

I also removed the dir entries for the individual tape drives.

I'm not doubting that, it's just that it's not clear in the
documentation, that's all.
