Yes, but on setups where multiple jobs from different clients run in parallel. Each job might have a slower throughput, but the overall (estimated) network throughput is close to the real-life maximum of about 60 to 80 MB/s. I don't have access to these systems at the moment, though, so I can't check if I recall correctly.
