Sure. It's in the svn repository. Instructions to check it out 
anonymously should be somewhere on the web site, probably on 
SourceForges svn portal site.

If I understand things correctly, it's better to work with the LaTeX 
files. These are converted to HTML and pdf afterwards. LaTeX is probably 
not the most user-friendly language for a beginner, but it's not really 
difficult. You'll notice some similarities to HTML, and of course you've 
got the existing manual source as a working sample.

That would be a huge workload, but I'm quite sure many users would be 
glad to see a apanish manual.
