I think my problme with bweb-postgresql.sql was at an other point of my install. But I had the problem you described after trying the svn code, I think it was after the 2.0.3 release. I'll keep digging. Did you enable the debug option in the bweb config file? Can your apache user (www-data?) access the bacula files and execute bconsole?
