This is not possible.

You'll need a backups software, library and disk system which can 
interoperate directly.

This is usually done using NDMP. Typically, you'll have to use equipment 
certified to interoperate.

In the end, you might have to spend an amazing amount of money above 
what you'd need for a Bacula-based solution, but you will get a better 
performance. I suppose that, for best results using Bacula, you'd have 
to attach a dedicated FD/SD machine to the two devices, using dedicated 
FC HBAs... might be less expensive than the commercial versions even 
though you need an extra machine, FC HBAs, etc., but this will produce 
more management overhead.
