I have been using Bacula for the past two years with a tape changer, and no
problems.
I am now wanting to try something different, and send my incremental backups to
a remote bacula-sd using FileStorage, while keeping my full backups going to the
tape drive.
My problem is that I would like to compress the jobs going to the FileStorage
backup, while allowing the tape drive to compress the tape jobs. As I
understand it, the compression directive is only allowed in the Fileset
Resource, and hence must be the same for all backups of that particular fileset.

Does anyone have any recommendations for compressing my backups on a per Storage
Device basis?

Thanks.
