I've edited bacula-fd service's property and changed under connection
tab, local system account with a user created for bacula-fd, called
bacula, that belongs backup operators group.

If I try to start the bacula-fd service it won't start and give me back
an error.

Maybe backup operators group is a better choice instead of local-system
user?

Under the point of view of security, a dedicated account could be better
than a full qualified administrator?

You are right, it run as local-system.

Thank you
