Well, my mother language is not English, but the faithful Merriam-Websters says:
 Main Entry:    un·dock
 Pronunciation: -'däk
 Function:      verb
 intransitive verb : to move away from a dock (as at sailing time)
 transitive verb : UNCOUPLE   <undock the shuttle from the space station>
