Well, I think VolStatus=Archive is implemented. The latest rel-bacula.pdf says:
"If the Volume has another status, such as Archive, Read-Only, Disabled, Busy, or Cleaning, the Volume status will not be changed to Purged." And, Kern told me to "Be sure to mark the tapes you are taking offsite as Archive."
