Yes, they are jobs, but a bit special with a zero JobId and a special name and 
job type.  They are not in the catalog, nor is there any way to "see" or 
control them other than through the console itself.

Sometime, I might consider allowing the non-restricted console to get a status 
of restricted consoles, but this would need to be done by a feature request.
