Thanks for the tip - I had changed the file set as I added another disc so
to increase the size of the spool file and changed the Exclude entries.
The "tests" were being done on the director. I have just tested a client
and had no problem running an Incremental from bconsole.

I have used other backup software and I have to admit Bacula is almost too
smart - maybe it should give the reason for changing from Incremental to
Full or the possible reasons listed in the FAQ.
