Good. We stand a chance of getting it working then.

Ok so I do not see anything obvious in the configuration files.
Could you post the full logs (console, email, whatever) that you
have. They may contain a useful bit of information that might
give us a clue to what is going on.

In the meantime a few other things that you could check/confirm

a) Are you running a version of dvd+rw-tools (growisofs) that is
patched with the "bacula" patch?

b) Are you running out of space on your spool disk? That may cause
some strange failures.

c) Try stopping and restarting each of -sd, -dir and -fd to ensure
that there isn't any stale configuration information hanging around.
